100% Pure grass-fed Tallow - 550ml

As the title suggests, this product is just pure tallow, rendered from 100% Pure, grass-fed suet from Top End Beef. The suet is sourced exclusively from Eva Valley Meats, who are a boutique abattoir in the Northern Territory that are an ethical, paddock to plate business that grow their own beef that are processed in their on-farm facilities. The animals are strictly grass-fed and finished, vaccination and hormone free.

The tallow is rendered using a 'dry' technique; meaning no water or salt is added, because of this method the tallow still retains it's natural 'beefy scent' and all the beneficials nutrients that tallow is renowned for.

Tallow, also known as 'liquid gold' has a high-smoke point of approximately 200 degrees Celsius, making it a versatile and delicious ingredient that can enhance the flavour of any dish. Tallow is nutrient and energy dense and is high in Omega 3's, stearic acid, conjulated linoleic acid (CLA), Vitamins A, B, D, E, K12, B12 and choline (just to name a few!).
