The idea for Territory Tallow began when I started rendering tallow for my own use in cooking and skincare. I loved the product I was creating and when friends and family fell in love with my product too and I had a growing demand for it, I realised there was a gap in the market for local, grass fed, pure beef tallow in the Northern Territory. There are many tallow products on the market today, but I believe what sets Territory Tallow apart is the transparency of where the tallow is sourced and the quality essential oils and carrier oils that are used in this product. The suet I render to make the tallow is sourced exclusively from Eva Valley Meats,where I also work as an apprentice butcher and slaughterman, so I physicallyharvest the suet myself and can attest to the quality! The essential oils and carrier oils are all sourced from Australian Wholesale Oils. I hope you enjoy this product as much as I do!
